So, here is my first week of training...let the ride begin!!
July 10-18
Saturday: 6.2 miles
Sunday: Cross Train
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 2 miles
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 2 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 7 miles
Sunday: Cross train
I will have to adapt this to my schedule, as I teach classes on Thursday evenings, so I'll be adding strength on those nights, but all in all, I will try and keep to this plan as closely as possible.
Looks like a great plan! I'm glad to see there are rest days thrown in there! :)
