Week 4
So, I have to make a slight adjustment to this week since I missed our 10 mile run on Saturday (which I did Monday,) so Tuesday will be a rest day and then I'll be back on track.August 2-August 8
Monday: 10 miles
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 4 miles
Thursday: 3 miles and Strength
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 11.6 miles
